How are monograms normally placed? TOP
* Traditionally, the three letter monogram is sewn with the Last name initial in the center with the first name on the left and the middle or maiden name on the right. ADB
* When three letter monograms are sewn using the same size letters, the monogram would be in the oder of the name. For example Dennis Brice Dowdy would be sewn DBD.
* For wedding gifts including both the husband and wife's initials, the man's first name initial goes on the left, the couple's last name initial goes in the middle, and the wife's first name initial on the right side.
* For single letter monogramms, you can choose to monogram the first or last name initial. Both are acceptable.
* Please be specific when you choose how you want your monogram sewn. THEY WILL BE SEWN IN THE ORDER THEY ARE TYPED when the order is placed. If you have any special requests, please email us and let us know prior to placing your order, we will be happy to help.
When will my order ship? TOP
Normal ship time is within 7-10 business days from the time you place the order. If you need your item by a specific day, please email your request and we will do our best to assist you. We strive to ship in a timely manner, however many of our items are handmade and made to order and take time to make. If for some reason your item will not ship within 7-10 business days, we will contact you through email and let you know an approximate ship date. Please enter a valid email address at checkout. Be advised, during holiday seasons, production time may increase due to increased orders. Again, we will notify you via email if we anticipate this happening.

We ship by either UPS or USPS priority so delivery time is usually within 3-5 days after order is shipped.

We accept all major credit cards via PayPal.com. PayPal is a secure and fast way to pay for items online. You can use paypal free of charge and it only takes a few minutes to sign up. You do not have the have a paypal account to place an order. You can pay using any major credit card (master card, Visa, Discover, or American Express) or directly from your checking account.
What is your return policy? TOP
* We will gladly accept returns for any non-monogrammed items if you are unhappy with them for any reason. We will refund the price of the item minus the shipping charges. Please contact us within 1 week of receiving you item for return instructions.
* We cannot accept returns on any items that are personalized unless the error is made by nifty-nook. Please be specific when you type the letters for your monogram as they are sewn in the order they are typed.
* Our top priority is customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us and we will do our best to make you happy. Happy customers are what keep us going!!
Do you offer gift wrapping? TOP
Yes!! We will gladly gift wrap your item for you for $5.00. When you choose for the item to be gift wrapped, please specify gender and occassion if applicable. These items will be shipped with a gift receipt (no prices listed) with a gift card inserted. At checkout in the special requests box, please type what you would like the gift card to say along with the gender of recipient so we won't send pink tissue to the men!!
